Alpina, one of BMW’s tuners, has decided to release a teaser sketch of the next generation B7 super sedan. This car is based on the 2009 7 Series, but with various exterior modifications.
BMW released the details on the new 2009 7 Series back in September, revealing that the range topping 750i would be getting a 400hp 4.4L twin-turbo V8 engine. At this moment engine specifications are not available for the B7, but it’s very likely the V8 powerhouse will be further tuned.  It has also been suggested that BMW’s upcoming eight-speed transmission may find its way into the next-generation Alpina B7. 

Alpina is a stand-alone car manufacturer in close cooperation with BMW, which allows Alpinas to be bought and serviced at local BMW dealerships, and covered if there is a warranty issue.
